Leerzame presentaties waar ook de regie rol van de controller/finance manager bij Lean trajecten naar voren kwam.
Zorg voor een goede business case en bewaak voortgang en uitkomsten, ook bij lean projecten die de finance organisatie niet (direct) raken.Gijs Dekker op 03 november 2011 07:51
